What happens after I make a reservation and pay the deposit?
|
|
Once you have made a reservation and paid a deposit per person, if there is any additional information missing, you will be contacted by a sales representative to assist you in the remaining information needed to complete the reservation. After the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation, a visa application, and an invoice of your remaining balance to your preference on mail, fax, or email.

What happens after I receive the invoice and my confirmation?
|
|
You will be required to fill out the visa application and provide us with the required documents needed for the visa. Then you will mail all the documents to us so we can process your visa and all other required procedures. You will also need to review your confirmation and make sure that your reservation is accurate. If you need changes to your reservation you must do it at this stage of time, as your reservation will not be changeable after a certain period of time.

What is the first thing that I should do to make a reservation for Hajj?
|
|
The first thing to do is choose a program that we offer, you can view the programs either on our website, or on our brochure that was mailed out to our clients on our mailing list. Once you choose a program, you may reserve online or mail the reservation form that is in the brochure, or on our website and mail a deposit of $1,500.00 per person.

The responsibilities of Safar-e-Hajj and Umrah Travel Tours; Inc.(as known as SEHUTT). as the tour operator or their agents are limited. SEHUTT main office located at 6257 N. Clark st. Chicago, Il 60660 acts only as an agent for the passengers in all matters relating to travel arrangements and for the various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and the tours operate. i.e., airliens tickets, hotels, buses or any other services in conneciton with their tour. And as such, assumes no responsibility for any delay, change in schedule, loss, injury and damage to, or in respect ot any persons or properties however caused or arising in connection with the service or any trains, vehicles, carriers, aircraft, motor or other conveyances or hotel which may used, whether wholly or in part in the performace of its duty to the passengers.
Safar-e-Hajj and Umrah Travel Tours, Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage loss, assident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaed in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machiery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, war, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond SEHUTT. control, or from an loss or damage resulting from imporper passports, visas, green ccards or other documents.
Safar-e-Hajj Travel Tours, Inc. will not be responsible for filure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling. The responsibility of Safar-e-Hajj, Umrah Travel & Tours, Inc. is limited and act as agent to arrange for passengers in making reservation fro airline, hotels, buses or any services in connection with Hajj or Umrah tours and shall assumes no responsibility or any liability what so ever for any personal injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused through an act of default of any participant or by any force majors condition or as an act of God. Safar-e-Hajj, Umrah Travel and Tours, Inc. will not accept any monetary liability for any additional expenses due to change in schedule and procedure followed by the airline due to any security or any condition may impose on by any state or goverment.
